What Is The Shipping Policy?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the order. You will receive an email confirmation that we received your order. Except during holiday seasons or inclement weather. In those cases, shipping may take slightly longer.

 

With standard shipping, we CANNOT guarantee your exact delivery date.  With standard shipping, you will receive your item within 3-4 days but, maybe sooner, depending on your state. We do offer guaranteed overnight shipping with Fed-Ex.

Please read the FAQ on overnight shipping for more information on FedEx shipping. ALL orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

Your package will be shipped within 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS after our processing days; orders may be shipped out sooner than our processing days depending on the order unless your order is placed after our business hours. In that case, your order will be shipped when Our Company re-opens.

Once shipped, you will receive an email from the US Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx. That email will include your tracking number and anticipated delivery date. Please be sure to check your inbox and spam folder for your USPS or FedEx tracking number.

How Do We Handle Shipping Delays?

Cier’s Learning Box is not responsible for any delays on your package due to inclement weather, holidays, etc.

 

ONCE SHIPPED OUT, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. ONCE PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN PROCESSED AND CLEARED, WE SHIP OUT ORDERS WITH U.S.P.S/FEDEX AND SEND OUT TRACKING INFO. AFTER THAT, U.S.P.S/FEDEX IS RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING YOUR PACKAGE DELIVERED TO YOU. IF YOUR TRACKING NUMBERS SAY DELIVERED, BUT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ITEM, YOU ARE TO CONTACT THE U.S POSTAL SERVICE. YOU CAN CALL USPS, UPS or FEDEX CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOUT THIS TYPE OF ISSUE. ONCE WE SHIP OUT ORDERS, IT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

WE DO NOT REPLACE LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE HOME THE DAY OF DELIVERY.

What is the Overnight Shipping Procedure?

Cier's Learning Box offers overnight shipping Tuesday through Friday via FedEx (if available in your area). There is no overnight shipping for International customers or post office boxes (a physical address is required). All overnight shipping requests must be completed and paid BEFORE 1:30 pm eastern time AND prior to placing an order online. Please plan the timing of your order accordingly. During sales, holidays, and weekends, all overnight shipping is suspended.

To request overnight shipping (U.S. customers), please follow the instructions below:

NOTE: We ONLY ship to your confirmed credit card billing address—no alternate addresses. No exceptions. Your confirmed address MUST be a physical address for overnight shipping. FedEx will not deliver to the post office or mail service boxes.

**Once you have sent us the required information, we will email you an invoice/bill with your order total, and FedEx shipping rate included. This is the only way to receive overnight shipping. Overnight orders CANNOT be placed via our website checkout page. **

NOTE: If available, overnight shipping charges typically range from $45 to $110, depending on your location. We do not determine the overnight shipping rates. They are set by FedEx. All overnight requests MUST be completed and paid before 1:30 pm eastern time.

We do not process overnight shipping orders on weekends, holidays, during sales, or when we are closed (Sat/Sun/). Shipments delayed due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events are not eligible for a refund or credit. Cier's Learning Box reserves all rights.

What is the Refund Policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS!

 

We accept exchanges within 4 business days upon receipt of goods, only if our business is subsequently at fault. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items to discuss possible exchange for sale items. We WILL NOT allow an exchange if the box is damaged, Interactive Pen is damaged, or any Books have been torn or damaged. ALL items in Cier's Learning Box must be returned in the same condition as received.

If our company decides to accept your return, we will notify you, and you are responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. 

Please allow 3-5 days of processing for returns. We pride ourselves on customer service and will do our best to rectify each issue/complaint. We ask that all customers are confident in their order before making a purchase.
